I'm going to be removing my runningboards to clean up the rust and  
repaint them.

Any suggestions or helpful tips re: 1, 2 & 3 below are appreciated!

1.  Removal and replacement (mounts, bolts, etc.)

2.  What's the diff between sandblasting and dipping?

3.  Should I paint or powdercoat them?
