[oletrucks] polishing scratches from stainless

My 55 2nd series truck cqame back from the vpainshop with lots of over spray on 
the polished stailess front end. In some places I had to take a scouring pad to 
get the paint off. This left me with scratches . Does anyone out there know how 
I can repolish thisstainless steel  front end to a mirror like finish again . 
Taking these pieces off to use a stationary buffer isnot an option   Thanks
