If you break out the old windshield, the rubber should come out w/o
problem.
I did this on one of mine and managed to reuse the rubber (I'll get new
befor final paint goes on.) Have a cloth spread to catch the shards of
glass.
I think pros drill a small hole thru the gasket and thread a piece of
thin
steel cable. Then they get on the other side of the cab and pull/saw
until
the cut goes all the way. I don't think you have to go all around.
Just
the top or bottom, then get inside and push.
