Not sure what part of the country you are from but I'm almost done with my
1950 5 Window and I can tell you that the price seems a bit high given that you
don't know how it all ties together...I'd double check all the numbers to
make sure you know what you have.
That being said, I paid $2K for mine while on a biz trip to Denver 6 years
ago and had it trucked to Boston. I figured it was worth it as it was all
together, ran (I was able to test drive it) and I knew what had to be done to
restore it.
But it did cost me anther $800 to have it trucked to Boston. You can't find
any older trucks up this way without substantial rot for that price.
