First, thanks to all who responded to my starter mystery. I have yet to purchase my high torque starter but will let you know the results. Does anyone know why you get what appears to be black water coming out of the tail pipes. It only appears when I haven't used the beast for a few weeks. I have the carb on manifold vacuum if that makes any difference. Wayne - '47 1 Ton Panel oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
