I kinda agree with Pat, seems you need to get with a higher official that 
the ones you've been dealing with. I would do as he suggested and ask for 
guidance from a manger of some sort as just ask him--what the hell do I 
do??????  The tax commissioner for your county would be who's desk i'm be
