I bough a used sterring box a a recent swap meet for my 53 3100. As I disassembled it I found that several of the balls have some corrosion spots. I'd like to replace them, but Truck Shop wants $0.75 apiece. Does anyone have an alternate source? Does anyone know the size so that I can get them through an industrial bearing supply house? I don't have a micrometer, just a dial caliper. Thanks in advance, Leon oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
