[oletrucks] pitman removal

Hello,
 
I love the information that is shared on this group. I have a 56 chevy truck 
that I am resotring. My question is as follows: How can I remove the pitman 
arm which is severly rusted onto the sector and shaft? I the sector and shaft 
is 
damaged, where can I find a new one? (Do they still make them or am I out of 
luck). I am in Florida. Any help would be great. Thanks.
