[oletrucks] Is the paint trim for the moulding also used for the rims?

Gang,

Are the rims painted the same color as the molding?  In my case, a '46 3/4 ton
pick up, the cab and bed are black with Emerald Green trim.  I have the sample
chip I am wondering if the wheels are also to be painted.
