[oletrucks] Replacing headlight switch for 1942 Chev 1/2 ton

I need to replace the headlight switch on my 1942 Chevrolet 1/2 ton Pickup.   
Can anyone tell me how to get the old switch out....is the a button I push 
under the dash or what?
