Mike:
Greetings from Illinois! Why anyone would want to leave sunny Texas for
Illinois (in retirement no less) is beyond me, must be the grandkids.
I too, am relocating (within Illinois) I currently live in Pontiac (I-55 90
miles south of Chicago) and will be moving this summer to Peoria. Having a
new home built with a 3 1/2 car garage. I helped organize the midwest
truckers meeting in March in Pontiac, and hope to do another next year.
I get several show cruise-in lists for the midwest each spring and organize
my schedule with them. I'll be glad to share this information with you once
you've moved into the area. There are some websites available to research
too.
Glad you were able to find the home you wanted, look forward to getting
together once you've moved up from Texas.
