To Tom, Joe Garcia, and the list THANKS for the info on my vin #.  I'm going
to try and trace the title to see when or how it became a 52 that is titled as
a 50.

I now need info on how to title it in PA. Any list members who are familiar
with getting tags for a modified truck ping me off list.
