List: I'm in the process of installing 75 chev 1/2 T IFS on my 55 1st chev 1/2 T. 75 IFS on 55 frame - crossmember locates as frame as it start ( forward ) to slant down creating a uneven / gap under crossmember / crossmember at a angle ( in 75 crossmember located on a more or less level flat ). What has been the established fix: A - Metal shims under the gaps for angled crossmember ? B - Metal shims under the frame to establish a more or less level flat location ? Thanking you in advance for your knowledge, Jim oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
