[oletrucks] radiator question

I'm looking for a radiator for my new(ole) truck and I'd like some 
opinions.
Currently, the truck has an original looking radiator with an external 
tranny cooler mounted to the front if it.
The venders sell a desert cooler with an auto-tranny fluid cooler and 
one without this feature.  Is it necesary to have the tranny fluid 
cooler built into the radiator if there is an auxiliary one?
