In fact you can use the entire S10 frame. It's been a pretty hot
discussion over on the H.A.M.B. as of late.

The long wheelbase S10's and
S10 Blazers work pretty well underneath our lovely trucks. The Blazer
chassis are already boxed and don't have as much of a kick inthe back as
the S10 trucks do. As for a small block swap. It is no problem what so
ever. Headers are available and the motor mounts bolt up fine. The only
pain is that there is not room for an engine fan unless you set the engine
back a couple of inches, but you can just use an electric fan. All in all
pretty simple.
