What a shock! I'm so sorry to hear about Kelly. He was a great help to me over
the last two years as I progressed on my 53 Chevy 1/2 ton. A really nice guy
and always willing to help and very knowledgeable.

A real loss...
I hope that this is allowed to pass. Last evening we lost a true old truck
enthusiast. Kelly Mitchell has passed away from some complications after a
recent surgery. Some of you may have dealt with Kelly from time to time,as he
was an employee at Jim Carters old truck parts. He was the Vice-president of
our local Chevy/GMC Truck club and was very active in the club. Kelly leaves
behind a wife and daughter, as well as many, many friends from our local truck
club as well as others. He will missed very much! Think of Kelly and his
