Well, as much as this hurts, I have to do it. Due to on going health
problems, I have to sell my dream. It's a '58 stepside. It's in the middle of a
frame off resto. I will try to describe it as best as I can.
1. Frame has been sandblasted, and TCI MII IFS installed. Painted black.
2. Has NEW power brake booster installed at stock location (frame rail). Disc
brakes.
3. All new stainless brake lines, (not installed yet)
4. '86 Camero posi-trac disc brake rearend, with 4-bar hook up. (installed &
painted)
5. '85 Camero 350 CI w/ Tune Port Injection, (installed w/ mounts, but not
hooked up) Motor has been rebuilt with about 5000 miles on it.
6. 350 turbo automatic trans. Installed, but not hooked up)
7. Rack and Pinion steering, (installed) tilt steering column, (not installed
yet)
8. Cab has been gutted, dash area, door jams, and roof area has been
sandblasted. Haven't got to rest yet. It needs cab corners, lower hinge
pockets, and
part of pass. floor replaced, or patched.
9. Bed needs new floor and rails. Rest of bed Very good. (I have extra set of
bed sides w/ fenders. This set has notched fender for spare tire rack. I have
the spare tire rack) Also have extra tailgate in good shape, and an extra
hood in good shape.
10. Four 15x8 aluminum rims, with so-so Goodyear tires.
I took the truck apart, and have all the parts. I have a bunch of extras
that are too much to list here. I have over $4500.00 invested so far, but I
have too sell it soon, so I will be taking and considering any and all offers.
I've gotta go before I start to cry. Ping me off list if interested.
Needless to say, but you will need a truck and trailer to pick it up from SE
Iowa.
