In working on my front hood badge ('55 1st 1/2 ton 3100). I found 1 of fasteners that hold the badge to the hood is broken. When examined closely, I fiound that it is a flat head fastener with a square shank, that is pressed into a square hole. I also noticed that hthese fatseners are also used on the seat sliders. I've never seen these before, don't know what to look for. What are they called? Where would you find them? Thanks in advance.J oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
