[oletrucks] Bolt pattern template (Wheel Stud), where can you get one

Is there a place that sells  a bolt pattern template  for the different  
wheel lug patterns? I stopped at a couple of tire stores in town and they 
didn't 
have any. I had a thick paper one for years but i think the dog ate or was that 
my homework it was so long ago i can't remember.
