I have the arms and blades from Chevy Duty.....haven't seen them in action
but...the arms seem too long, the blades hit the center bar in the down
position...look like they each need to be a half inch shorter.

Any thoughts on the wiper arms and blades offered by various vendors? The
springs are shot on my 54 and won't hold to window in good rain now. I
replaced one spring, it rusted soon and broke right away, not too good.
Are the new ones Imports and junk? or OK? I see now they offer an improved
blade type and think I'ld like to use those. Anyone ever try those? I have
some 10" from a VW or such on it now. The arms are diff for each type of
blade. Give me a clue on how to proceed!
