Bruce, for the car end of wires, IF you DON'T have the orig wire ends, you
will need to go to junkyard to get some if you can still find some in cars.
Most GM's of certain models or years are same for any car. More speaker
connections is about only diff. You can buy kits from Radio Shack and even
Auto Zone to put on the aftermarket radios so they plug into your stock
harness connectors. I'm not aware of being able to buy the ends that are
supposed to be in car harness in dash. Most of those kits say what the wires
are for and the colors. OR, you may need a wire diagram for your vehicle.
Any GM again is about same on colors, more for more speakers on better
models.
Big problem is in yards, they just whacked wires out with radios removed
OR, kids whacked them out when putting in biggger radio's and didnt' save
the orig ends. I've bought more used cars where the radio wiring and dash is
the first thing messed up, because of kids and radio changes! Good Luck!
