most cooling will come from a solid mount metal flex fan with a complete
shroud coming out to half of the blade(where half of the blade end is in and
half is out of the shroud) that will give yo umax. the pusher elec is the
least desireable a puller is better and shrouded opuller is better shrouds
are the key to get all the air being drwan through all the rad.
