[oletrucks] Body off, motor out

I asked here! for ideas how to remove the body from my '54 3100.  The job is
done, cab, fenders and bed are off, motor and transmission have been removed.
I made up my own approach after thinking about what others said, and what
tools I had available.  I sure appreciate the input!
