Off the top of my head its 58 inches. I have a '78 minus body sitting in my
yard ready to disassemble to use under my '54.

This might be slightly off topic, I might be purchasing a '85 Monte Carlo to
use under my '56 chevy 1/2 ton... Problem is, for the life of me I can't
seem to find any info on the acctual measurments for these cars... What I'm
basically looking for is the wheel base (center of front wheel to center of
back wheel) on the monte-carlo. (G-body)
Can anyone please help?
