Carl, first the passenger side is the "right" side, taken as sitting in
driver's seat! I take it this is a V-8.
Is this a 56 truck? My 54 six engine is stamped similar with F54? in it's
code, so thinking that's the year.
The rest should be production serial number. 3 at start is for Chevy I
think, rest is serial. Not much help, but if it matches your VIN on door,
you have a rare unit with orig engine I'ld say. Must be a 265?
