Howdy, I have a '59 235 stovebolt, can anyone tell me an easy way I can determine If I have hydraulic lifters or mechanical? Also, I heard a special tappet wrench was recommended to adjust hydraulic lifters, instead of a screw driver and box end since the motor needs to be running. Does any one know where to get one of these wrenches? Thanks! Dana oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
