I've been told that 4-bolt main blocks are getting hard to find.  I don't
know if its true, since I've not tried to buy one.

I would expect to pay a premium for a usuable block with 4-bolt mains, and
if you fare planning to make lots of power, you may not want to spend the
money on that...
