[oletrucks] Question about cowl vent

I'm planning on sealing up the center cowl vent on my 1953 3100. Since I will
be installing air conditioning and live in Florida, I don't plan on ever using
the cowl vent.
Is there an easy way to seal the vent shut without welding it?
