There is a guy running around the east side of Houston that has done something
similar to this. Instead of a pickup bed, his bed is the rear end of an AD
Suburban that he cut off at the bottom of the window line. He modified what
was left of the rear clamshell doors to be one door that hinged on the side.
The cab is made from 2 AD cabs, the front one cut off behind the back of the
door and the rear one cut off in front of the door. It is a really nice job.
If I can find a picture I'll send it to Wayne to post.

Subject: [oletrucks] Quad cab idea
Oh' the wonders of photo editing software! Since my daughter was born last
July I've been thinking of ways to have a cool daily driver that my wife
will let her ride in. My thoughts are to use a 3/4 ton chassis for the long
wheelbase, subframe it or use an MII system, and do a full 4 door quad cab
thing. Here is a link to what I think it would look like.

I started out with a picture I took at the Goodguys show in DM a couple of
years ago. I then lowered it, put different wheels on it, and made it a quad
cab. What do you think?
With my other projects I doubt I will ever be able to build this one but
its great to dream!
