That's an old one for sure, probly 30's. Won't be a GM with flathead. Lots
of brands had the swing up hoods, don't understand the connector part here,
and have no idea what the knob in wheel would be, unless for spark advance
or something. Wouldn't think they would have that on 30's vintage though.
Isn't there some emblem on rad or in door frame or firewall or glove box if
it has one? If there's not much metal good, not much else is gonna be good
either. Elements can really ruin stuff over years to an unusable state. Neat
for "lookin" at though!
