[oletrucks] 57 GMC -- Canadian

Trying to decode these numbers on a 57 canadian GMC...
Person states this number is on the original v8 and number is also on the 
data plate on the door jam... TV53680
Curios also is a 4 barrel came as original equipment on this V8.
