My shoulder belts came from the rear seat in a late 90's suburban. I've
been happy with them, though I had to figure out the install for myself.

Major bummer. Glad to hear you (and the truck) are OK. They sure don't
make 'em like they used to -- I recently spun out my "other car", an 84
Mazda 626, and dinged a tree at 15 mph. Looks like I got hit by a
freight
train.
On another note, I would highly recommend Juliano's 3-point seatbelts.
Took me a night to install, and my '54 is much safer.
