There are a couple of options if you want to keep the straight axle.

Subject: [oletrucks] Power Steering in a 55 second series
Hello,
What is involved with putting power steering on a 55 second series truck.
Truck has a 350 small block with the original I beam front axcel and
steering column. Would like to retain the straight axcel and steering
column.
Thanks in ADvance for any insight.
