Thanks for the nudge in the right direction. I changed the spacer out for
the other one and with a little adjusting I am back in the running.

That will work most of the time, mine was revving all the time so that
method did not work, changing the spacer and making sure it was not on
upside down did work the carb. adjusted out and started well but only after
I changed the plugs that were fouled from the to rich mixture?????
