Ok - I got my Speedo rebuilt from 2 donor units and it look kind of crappie.
I thought a full rebuild would re decal the whole thing including the
odometer wheels. My guy did not. Well now I put it back in and it did not
work (just like when I got the truck). So I pulled the odometer cable and
installed a new one with a rubber jacket. The Speedo now works however it
now looks like crap (to me). I was wondering what the list option is of
placing the new cable inside the old sleeve for the original look.

The second question. In driving the truck with my daughter following we
were talking on cell phones to compare her speed in a Saturn vs. the truck
odometer speed.

My 0 to 10 is very tough to matain however at my 40 mph she had 51 mph.

Any ideas.

I am all original with 6.50 x 16 bi-ply wheels.

Thanks,
NHJim
