I've got both 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton, 1950 and 1953 respectively and I 
can say that bed sides, running boards and the running board bed 
aprons are all longer on the 3/4 ton. 3/4 bed back and front are the 
same. All fenders are all the same. Cab, doors and hood are all same.
