Hello, I am in the process of converting my 1954 Chevy Pickup
over from 6 to 12 volts, I have a couple questions, I will be using a single
wire alternator. I have removed the generator, the 6 volt regulator, The large
red wire will run to the new Alternator, The Field and Arm wires are removed.
Just below were the slock regulator is are two smaller boxes, one is a two
fuse box and I am not sure what the other one is can anyone help. If I need to
I can post a picture on my website of what I am talking about. My question is
I know I need the fuse box but not sure on the other one and Has anyone
relocated these to a better area as to clean up the firewall?
