hey jay- i woudl maybe go with a bolt-on IFS MII kit for the orig 38 frame.
best of all worlds-and you dont have to spend 1200 to lower teh 70
suspension. but... if you go with that.. then i would get dropped A-arms,
shorter srpings-(not cut-it makes ride harder). and dropped spindles.
