Gary, the cab shown on eBay is a conventional cab (same as pickup) not the
LCF. The LCF cabs have the front wheel wells cut back into the doors and
the fire wall is recessed further back. Most of those HD trucks did have
the butterfly hood with swing out fenders for better access to the engine
(they almost look military).
