What would be your best pricing for the 41-46 Chrome Grill?
Thanks

Chuck
Normally we do not feel its fair to advertise but you asked
for some vender advice.
As far as we know there are five assembled grille
manufactures/exporters from the east.
However these grilles are not all the exact same quality.
Also some are chromed, some are not chromed and some are
chromed and painted.
Some are packed well in polystyrene and some are bare boxed.
Most vendors do not allow free shipping on this item because
it is oversized.
Some vendors just sell the five bars disassembled.
There are not many free lunches.
We used to sell our chrome grilles for $525.00.plus s/h, but
recently have been able to drop the price to $475.00 plus
s/h.
However Brian Stephens has pointed out that Truck shop has
them for $425.00.
As an offer to help out any of the "oletrucks" members I'll
sell our grilles to them just this month for the same $425.00
AND ship them regular UPS free in the lower 48 states.

Subject: [oletrucks] Vent question
Greetings and top of the New Year! Does anyone know
when Chevy started putting the louvered vent at the passenger
side on the Advance Design ('47-'54) 1/2 ton trucks? Was
it an option? Did all years have it?
Also another question: I am considering biting the bullet and
forking out the cash for a new chrome grille for my '50 1/2
ton.
Does the quality vary from vendor to vendor or are they about
the same? Any vendor recommendations for purchasing my new
grille?
Thanks and happy truckin' !
Chuck
