The 3M product is excellent. The body shop that I hang out at uses it
quite a bit. You still have to spot weld the safety areas. They is use it
all the time especially on pickup bed sides. Also use it on quarter panels
and van panels. The only drawback is that you better have plenty of clamps
handy to make sure you get it clamped everywhere. They use a lot of vise
grips for this.
