[oletrucks] GMC 248-270-302 engines

What is the difference between the 248-270-302 GMC engines? Do they use the
same blocks? Can a 248 or 270 be converted to the 302? What would be
involved?Are the heads very much different? Could a 248 or 270 head be
modified to work well with a 302 engine?  (HMM-where do you get a 302
crankshaft?). Where is the best place to get a 302 engine? (I'm not in the
