The V-345 in my 78 IH Scout weighs 745 lbs, so I can't believe the Chevy 6
could be anywhere near that. (The IH intake manifold alone weighs 90 lbs!) How
much does the 235 engine weigh? Bob K in PHX,AZ, (not to be confused with Bob
K in LA, or Timbuktu!)
oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959
