[oletrucks] Speedometer Needle

I am rebuilding my speedometer and have run into a
snag.  I don't know how the needle shaft connects to
the shaft coming from the speedometer head.  Should
there be a very small coupling to join the two?  All
other compoments look good and I have put new decals
on the face.
