I have often given thought to just this question. I have wondered if you
could combine two original units by welding an additional unit to the
outside of the existing unit and connecting the actuator arms. I think I
will be trying this solution, since I have a factory hydro-vac break
booster. This will allow me to use the break booster on the front wheels and
still maintain (non-powered) breaking pressure at the rear wheels. I have
wondered about the pressure difference at the pedal that a setup like this
might create. Hm..... It seems that with the hydrovac up-front the rear
wheels would only grab if the front system failed. Any thoughts....

Does anybody have any ideas as to what dual reservoir master brake
cylinder would best replace the single i have in my '59 apache? The
single works fine now but I think for safety reasons it would be best to
change it before I have problems at some point in the future.
