I'm modifying a 37 1.5 ton with a 54 261 engine.  I noticed the 261  water
outlets to water pump and head are bigger than a 216-235.  Has anyone run
into a cooling problem by using the narrower 216 outlets and hoses than the
factory stock 261 set up?
