Being fluent in "Corporatese", when they say they can't respond to e-mail and 
refer you to their web site the translation means "F#%^ Off!, you any your 
business are not important to us".  
What would Sue the "Customer Service Consultant" Think of lots of AD trucks 
across the country with bumper stickers stating " ANY WHERE BUT OLD NAVY"?
