[oletrucks] 292 question

I have a 250 in my '53 and would like to replace it with a 292. Currently the 
250 is mounted like the original 216 and I looked at my 292 and it has the same 
mounting holes on the front. If I use the stock bellhousing and trans 
crossmember would it be possible to do this conversion?
