Bob,
Everything forward of the seat riser is the same as a pickup. I would
just get a replacement fender, should be lots of good ones available in 
Colorado.

The rear fenders are the same as a panel truck so if you find one of
those in a parts yard snag the fenders.

There is a conversion kit for the shocks, but i don't know the vendor.
