[oletrucks] Seat belts.

I ordered a set of lap seat belts for my '53 1/2 Chevy truck from Brothers,
they had them on sale for $14.00 each, they look very cheap, I am almost
inclined to send them back, but I think I will install them anyways, my
question is:
What is the best location to bolt these things to?
The floor board or to the seat riser?
